1. Introduction
Welcome to the Discover Nashik Kumbh Competition Festival. These Competition Rules & Guidelines establish the framework for fair, transparent, and meaningful participation across all competitions. Every participant is expected to read and comply with these guidelines before registering or submitting an entry.
2. Objectives
Promote the heritage, spirituality, culture and tourism of Nashik Kumbh.
Encourage creativity and innovation.
Provide a national and global platform for talented creators.
Preserve and celebrate India's cultural heritage.

4. Eligibility
Participation is open to eligible school students, college students, professionals, open category participants, senior citizens and international participants where specified. Minors may require parental consent.
5. Registration
Registration must be completed through the official website. Participants should provide accurate information. Multiple competition registrations are permitted unless stated otherwise.
6. Submission Guidelines
Entries must be submitted before the deadline through the official portal in the prescribed format. Technical specifications for each competition are available on the respective competition page.
7. Originality & AI Policy
All submissions must be original. Plagiarism and copyright infringement are prohibited. AI-generated content must follow the category-specific policy and be disclosed where required.
8. Evaluation & Judging
Entries will be evaluated by an independent jury based on Creativity, Originality, Theme Relevance, Technical Quality, Innovation, Presentation and Overall Impact. Jury decisions shall be final.
9. Code of Conduct
Participants shall respect Indian culture, religious sentiments and fellow participants. Offensive, unlawful or misleading content is prohibited.
10. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified for plagiarism, copyright violations, fake information, offensive content, late submissions, AI policy violations or failure to comply with these guidelines.
11. Awards & Certificates
Awards may include trophies, medals, certificates, cash prizes, gift hampers or special recognitions depending on the competition.
12. Copyright & Content Usage
Participants retain ownership of their original work while granting Discover Nashik Kumbh a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted entries for promotional, educational, exhibition, archival and event-related purposes with appropriate credit.
13. Organizer Rights
The organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, extend deadlines, revise prizes, merge categories, update rules and reject non-compliant entries whenever necessary.
14. Privacy
Participant information will be processed in accordance with the official Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimer
The organizing committee reserves the right to interpret, amend or update these guidelines. All decisions regarding eligibility, evaluation, awards and competition administration shall be final and binding.
16. Governing Law
These competitions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
